It seems that the UUA has cut funding to for continental YRUU. A statement released Feb 11, 2008 from the YRUU Steering Committee states that the UUA administration has decided to end all funding for continental YRUU activities with the exception of Youth Caucus at GA and the Chrysalis training.
UUlogy - an blog has been formed "to distribute information about the end of YRUU continental leadership structure. The site will also serve as a forum for past and present YRUUers to discuss and share memories. Also, the YRUU Institutional Memory Project has been started to help better understand YRUU's history and the events leading up to this decision.

the youth office for the purpose of keeping in touch with Youth Council
